Q: Do I need to have a lawn for the stork sign installation?

Yes, we set up our baby stork signs only in the front yard with grass or topsoil. We cannot set up on areas with rocks,  pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, thick landscaping, or hard-packed soil used as a driveway.

We cannot set up out stork signs in non-residential areas or in front of city, county, or state-owned buildings. We also cannot place our stork signs in front of government-owned public utility boxes, water mains, or other structures.

Q: How early should I reserve a stork?

We do not reserve storks for the birth announcements since a baby’s arrival is so unpredictable. Please give us a call, send an email, or text as soon as the baby arrives. We strive to set up our stork yard signs within 24-48 hours of being notified baby is born.

Q: How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

Each of the personalized pet signs for dogs and/or cat costs $25 and are yours to keep.

Q: What service do you offer for twins, triplets, and quadruplets?

We set up separate stork signs for each birth. Please call us to find out the availability of multiple stork signs.

Q: What is your refund policy?

We give refunds if:

1. Cancellation is requested 48 hours before the delivery date AND your sign isn’t made.
2. Extreme weather conditions prevent us from delivering and installing your sign.

We will not refund if:

1. The recipient lives in a closed community and we cannot access it due to absence or wrong code.
2. The security guard denies us entry.
3. The landlord or the tenant doesn’t allow us to set it up.
4. A pet threatens us.
5. The property doesn’t have any grassy area or topsoil to set it up.

Q: What is your service area? Do you install yard stork signs on commercial properties?

We serve Dade City, FL, Wesley Chapel, FL, Zephyrhills, FL, Lutz, FL, Land O’Lakes, FL, San Antonio, FL (Pasco County), and Brooksville, FL (Hernando County).

We do not set up our baby stork signs in front of apartment complexes, condos, or commercial buildings. We do set up our yard signs for townhouses as long as it has a lawn or yard for homeowners or tenants to use.

Q: How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

We rent our birth announcement signs for a week. The personalized bundle, sibling, star, and pet signs are left behind at the end of the rental period and are yours to keep!

Q: How much does the birth announcement yard sign cost? Will there be a delivery fee?

A Stork Sign rental for 7 days costs $115. There is a delivery fee for deliveries farther than 15 miles from our base address in Dade City. You can check prices here.

Q: What Signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

We rent our 6ft stork signs in pink and blue to proud grandparents for 7 days. Each stork comes with a generic or personalized bundle. The personalized bundles are left behind as keepsakes for the family to enjoy.

Q: Where will you install the new baby sign in the yard?

We pick the spot in your yard that is visible from the road and is excellent for taking pictures. If you have a spot in mind, please let us know. We will try our best to set the sign in your desired spot but sometimes due to landscaping, bedrocks, tree roots, and other problems, it is not possible. In that case, we will use our best judgment to pick an alternate spot for you.
